Saudi Aramco Maintains LPG Prices for April 2025, Cuts Dividend Forecast Amid Stock Dip

Riyadh, April 2025 – Saudi Aramco, the world’s largest oil producer, has announced that it will maintain its liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) prices for April 2025. The official selling prices (OSPs) remain unchanged from March, with propane priced at $615 per metric ton and butane at $605 per metric ton. This decision reflects a steady market trend despite global energy fluctuations.

In a separate development, Aramco revised its 2025 dividend forecast, signaling a sharp decline. The oil giant expects to distribute $85.4 billion in total dividends this year, significantly down from the $124.2 billion paid in 2024. The announcement came after the company reported a noticeable drop in annual profit.

On the stock market front, Saudi Aramco’s share price closed at 26.30 Saudi Riyals (SAR) on April 3, 2025, reflecting a 1.68% decline compared to the previous trading day. The dip follows investor reactions to the updated dividend outlook and broader market conditions.

These updates mark a critical moment for Aramco’s financial strategy and energy pricing policy, as the company navigates evolving global demand and economic pressures.
