WORKING PRINCIPLE OF LPG VAPORIZER
1. Structure
Water and a circular coil are built-in the water tank with heater, and there is a vaporizing chamber that a liquid shutoff device is built-in the middle of it. Insulation material is attached to the water tank, and the inlet for liquid and the outlet for gas, various instruments and safety valves are installed on the upper plate of the tank. An electric control box for supplying power to the heater and controlling various safety devices are attached to the outside of the water tank, and a terminal block for connecting wires is attached inside the electric control box and the heater box.
2. Working Principle of LPG Vaporizer
The liquid flowing in through the inlet passes through the heat exchange coil and exchanges heat with the hot water heated by the heater to vaporize the liquid. The vaporized gas is supplied to the user through the outlet and the vaporizing chamber. Water continuously vaporizes the liquid while maintaining 60 ~ 75℃ by the automatic temperature controller. If the amount of use is greater than the amount of vaporization or for some reason, the liquid lifts the float ball inside the vaporizing chamber upward therefore liquid spill is prevented by closing the outlet of vaporizing chamber. The abnormal pressure of the liquid is discharged through the safety valve, and when the water level is lower than the proper water level, the power supply to the heater is cut off by the water level switch. The pressure of liquid through the pressure gauge, the temperature of the water through the temperature gauge, and the water level through the water level gauge can be checked.

- Water Temperature Range is 60 ~ 75°C.
- Steam pressure should be 0.1 ~ 0.3MPa.
- All the Electric System are fitted with Explosion-Proof Certified Product.
3. SPECIAL GAS VAPORIZER(CO2, CL2)
Features
- Heating system has three options which are electricity, hot water or steam as user’s request.
- Electric power source can be used either 220 volt single phase or 220V, 380V, 440V and 480V 3 phase.
- Water Temperature Range is 60 ~ 70°C.
- Steam pressure should be 0.1 ~ 0.3MPa.
- All the Electric System are fitted with Explosion-Proof Certified Product.
4. HOT WATER VAPORIZER
Features
- Bath Water – Heat Media – is heated by hot water boiler, and the water transfers heat to heat exchange coil indirectly.
- Water temperature range is 60 ~ 75°C.
- This type is available at places where no power, lack of electric capacity or existing utility of hot water enough.
5. STEAM VAPORIZER
Features
- Bath Water – Heat Media – is heated by hot water boiler, and the water transfers heat to heat exchange coil indirectly.
